It's one of the cheapest options in the city, and the rooms and cleanliness are good for the price. The location is good, most staff are nice and helpful, and it can work well for a night or two. But it's a party hostel, so in a shared room you probably won't sleep well. There was noise in our room every single night, and the rooms aren't soundproof, so you hear people in the corridors too. The duvet issue really damaged my opinion of the place. One night I had none, so I asked the night receptionist for one. He took it from a pile that didn't look clean, and although he said it was, I found hair on it and it smelled bad, so I didn't use it. The next day, a staff member told me the pile held used duvets and towels. Some of the older housekeeping staff and the girls at the base were helpful and nice, but parts of the staff, sometimes the whole night team, seemed confused and didn't care much when guests had a problem. I was also asked to pay to store my luggage between checkout and check-in on the same day. I'd been told I wouldn't need to pay if I was checking back in later, and a different staff member confirmed that. When I raised it at reception, the guy said the rules had recently changed and offered no refund. I didn't care why she made the mistake, I just wanted the money back and would've been happy with that. There was no reason for him to get defensive.

There were too many creepy things going on, and I didn't feel safe at all. We left the room and stayed somewhere else for the second night. Moving to another place was inconvenient, but absolutely worth it. This experience wasn't for me, and I'll never book with this company again.

The first-floor rooms were poorly soundproofed, and street noise made it really hard for me to sleep. We stayed in a mixed dorm with 13 beds, though the curtains were appreciated for the privacy they gave us. The location is excellent, close to important places, the metro, and lots of shops. Service is limited, with extra charges for things like the luggage room, lockers, and shower soap. It works for a short stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is good, but the facilities had several problems. The shower was badly designed, the sink leaked, and the mattress needs replacing. There was no hair dryer in the room, no padlock was provided, and the beds had no privacy screens. The AC didn't work, the WiFi was slow on the sixth floor, and breakfast could be better.
