The main issue was the thin walls. In some spots, we could hear everything the neighbors were saying, and the door slammed very loudly. The room itself was a decent size with okay amenities. We enjoyed our three-night stay in December. The price was good, and the location was handy for a supermarket, restaurants, a shopping mall, and the metro. The buffet staff member was attentive, though I found the reception staff less so. I think they should greet guests and ask if they need help.

The breakfast was really good, and the staff were kind and helpful. The room and the rest of the hotel felt clean, modern, and welcoming. Highly recommended! 🌟

The room we got was small and very dark, and breakfast was just average, nothing especially imaginative. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the metro. Getting to the center by public transport takes roughly 30-45 minutes.

The location was peaceful compared with the busy center, but still within walking distance of the main sights, with two metro lines, rental cars, and some good restaurants nearby. My fiancée and I spent three nights here and loved it. We especially appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were. I mentioned the special occasion and asked for a double bed, and they made sure we had one. The cleaning staff kept the room tidy. It came with toiletries, a tote bag, complimentary wine and chips, a refillable water bottle, and other things. We also really liked the garden, honesty bar, and solarium, and breakfast was amazing. Our flight wasn't until 23:00 on the last day, and the staff let us leave our bags. After a long day out, we charged our phones and had tea in the garden that evening. Such a nice gesture. Cozy, thoughtful, and full of character.
