The Wittmore has lots of charming details and a stylish but tasteful interior. We enjoyed the splendid rooftop terrace, both for working and relaxing. The food was delicious, from the made-to-order breakfast to the creative dinner options, and the wines and cocktails were good quality. Most of all, the whole staff were so hospitable that we felt at home from the first minute. It's ideally located for exploring the city on foot. We had a lovely time!

We spent 7 nights exploring Barcelona's beautiful streets and architecture, and can't wait to come back. In the Gothic Quarter, the hotel had rooms larger than we expected for Europe, with a stunning garden wall outside our window. The hotel staff were top tier. The girls at the desk were kind, and the 5 star restaurant staff made the trip memorable.

Our family, ages 23 - 75, spent a wonderful week at the Wittmore last summer. It's beautifully designed, both the hotel and rooms, and the food is delicious. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us all week, and the customer service was excellent. The location is right in the heart of the Gothic neighborhood, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, art galleries and more. We'd definitely return to the Wittmore if we go back to Barcelona.

The Gothic Quarter location was just right, and the hotel itself is beautiful. We loved the friendly service throughout our August stay, and breakfast was a highlight, especially the banana French toast. We also had dinner at the restaurant one evening and thought it was incredible. My boyfriend and I would happily come back to Barcelona and stay here again.

That little dog salt and pepper set was such a cute detail. We also loved the rooftop soaking pool on hot summer days, and the atrium restaurant was phenomenal. The Wittmore Hotel is beautifully decorated, and the staff paid close attention to what we liked, including keeping the minibar stocked with gin and tonic. Its spot in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter made it easy to wander the old cobbled streets and browse local shops and markets. August was a truly extraordinary stay, easily among the finest hotels we've experienced. Highly recommend it. Andrea and Tony
