The apartment’s central Barcelona location was convenient, but the check-in and cleanliness were very disappointing. We’d been told in advance that it would be fully ready at 15:00. Instead, we had to wait and entered a unit that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We were already inside with our luggage when two staff members arrived and rushed through about 25 minutes of cleaning. They said they were done around 15:53. The bathroom floor still had visible hair and dirt, and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Even after the cleaning was supposedly finished, hairs remained on the floor, which made us seriously question the overall hygiene. We took photos and videos to document the condition. At this price, guests should be able to count on basic cleanliness, professionalism, and an apartment prepared before arrival. This did not meet those expectations.

The hostel was spacious and really clean, with great amenities and a good location. For the price, space, and location, I think it’s worth it. The weak point was customer service: it was difficult to reach or speak with anyone, and the staff members we did see were quite rude to us.

The kids loved the bunk beds, and the team was really helpful. Everything went smoothly, and the place was spotless and comfortable. Beautiful premises in a great location. We’ll definitely stay again if we come back to Barcelona.

It was easy to get around from this convenient location, close to everything we needed. The place was comfortable, very clean, and just as described. I’d recommend it and would happily stay again.

A clean, modern room and a communal kitchen we really enjoyed using. The location was excellent, and we loved our stay. Highly recommend.
