The student community and the shared space the management has built were a real highlight for me. I had a good stay, and the whole team was lovely, from reception and the cleaners to the kitchen staff. Everyone had great energy and was so caring. One of Barcelona's best student housing options, and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a place in the city center where students can spend time together.

After two years living here, I can say Xior The Lofttown is a very good choice for someone newly arrived in Barcelona. It has a cozy, trusting atmosphere, leisure facilities, a private dining room, and cleaning every week. I can confidently recommend it as five-star accommodation.

Ankita was especially lovely, greeting us with a warm smile, and the location is amazing. The staff are fantastic. If you want a friendly, welcoming stay, I highly recommend booking directly.

My friend and I had a lovely stay. Everything else was good, though I wish the pillows were bigger and more comfortable.

I spent nine years here and basically grew up alongside the staff. People came and went, but the Loftown spirit stayed alive. I'll always remember working out and tanning on the rooftop and playing FIFA in the game room. The Xior team made my time in Barcelona amazing, and the location and neighborhood were great. Thank you ❤️
