Hotel & Apartamentos Primavera Park

I especially liked the Selvatico Bar, with its beautiful view, great service and really good cocktails. The music could get too loud, though, and made it hard to talk. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and I'd happily stay again. Hotel Primavera Park in Benidorm was clean and comfortable, and everything seemed very well cared for. I had a really good experience.

The bright, clean dining room had a good breakfast, and the staff were friendly. Rooms were spotless and spacious, with comfy pillows, tea and coffee facilities, complimentary toiletries, and lots of wardrobe space, six hangers on each side. There's a TV with the Netflix app, just use your own login. You can ask for a courtesy iron and board.

The rooftop terrace bar is amazing, with awesome views of Benidorm and beyond. Most rooms have sea and mountain views, and the balconies are very large. Parking is very convenient. The pool is cold but refreshing, though the bottom could do with a clean. That's our only downside. It's a lovely modern hotel with a clean, quiet feel, and the rooms are well equipped. Deluxe family or double rooms have TVs in each room. Food is acceptable but limited, with breakfast better than dinner. One niggle: the room's motion sensors don't let the AC stay on long when you're not moving much in your sleep. We'd definitely come back.

We stayed at Primavera Park Hotel in Benidorm for 5 nights with our 7-month-old baby. The staff were outstanding, friendly and kind, and clearly take pride in keeping this stylish, modern hotel looking its best. It was very clean, and the junior deluxe suite was spacious and well laid out, with a big balcony and a great view. The location is excellent, close to everything but still relaxed. The pool area was lovely and never too busy, with plenty of loungers. Toilets by the pool and around the hotel were plentiful and spotless. A few things to know: the pool water was very cold, especially in the rooftop pool, which felt more like a plunge pool. Even the sea was warmer, so it was hard to enjoy a long swim. The room's air conditioning worked but took a while to cool things down properly. Drinks at the bar are pricey for Benidorm. Elevators were usually quick and reliable, but outside guests seem to come to the rooftop bar, which means they can use the lifts and potentially reach guest floors. That made me uneasy from a security point of view. There weren't many children around, and I hadn't realised this isn't really a family hotel. It was a fabulous stay, and I'd definitely return, probably for a couples' trip rather than a family holiday.
