Getting in was a little challenging until we worked it out, then it was fine. The apartment was huge, with an amazing view and a perfect central location. We only stayed two nights almost two years ago, but I still think about what an incredible space it was. It’s a great hotel chain, and I’ve happily stayed with them again.

Everything was automatic, and the view of the Guggenheim was lovely. Four of us paid 25€ each for one night in the most beautiful apartment I’ve ever seen. Just perfect.

The rooms were really nice, and overall we had a great experience. The staff free technology felt a little strange, though.

The welcome kit and cleaning kit were lovely, with coffee and water included. The place itself is stunning, modern, new, clean, and smells so good. But the sleeper couch in the lounge stinks badly, and I couldn’t sleep on it. The apartment is also too close to the main road, so cars and hooters are audible at all hours. The upstairs apartment made a lot of noise and played loud music until the early morning. We stayed two nights.

The rooms are modern, well equipped, and nicely designed, and the location is great. Still, the walls seem paper thin, and you can hear everything from other rooms. I’ve never stayed in a louder hotel. You can’t sleep without earplugs, and even those don’t help in the morning.
