We got good value for the price, with tasty, varied food at breakfast and dinner, several pools, a padle court, and polite, helpful staff. We stayed five nights with the kids. The room felt damp, though, and you could feel the moisture in the air. Daily cleaning helped for a few days, but on a longer stay it could become a serious problem. Birds also got into the indoor dining area, eating bread and leaving droppings. They seem to enter through the terrace door, and adding some protection there should be straightforward. I’m not sure why it hasn’t been addressed, since it’s very unhygienic.

The room was extremely spacious and comfortable, and every staff member we met was friendly. We booked at the last minute for a family stay at the beginning of fall. The kids were super cold since they’re new to the area, but still enjoyed swimming. There’s both an indoor and an outdoor pool, plus a wonderful kids club. The staff there were lovely, and our 9yrs & 10yrs old had a great time. We also loved the buffet on the half board option. There was a good variety of food, with drinks charged separately. We hope to return when we can enjoy the beach and more of the outdoor amenities.

We had a great stay and would gladly come back. The modern rooms were spacious and well kept, and the bed was comfortable. Since the outdoor pool was a bit cold in the first weeks of April, it was great to have an indoor one too. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We had half board, with breakfast and dinner, and there was plenty of choice, including non dairy and gluten free options. There were also activities during our stay that were free to attend.

Delicious food, kind staff, and the most comfortable bed ever. A really nice hotel.

I can’t imagine returning. We paid around €1000 for two nights, and it really wasn’t worth the price. We asked at check in to remove lunch and dinner from our room, but they told Expedia we’d used the full meal plan so they wouldn’t refund us.
