Azuline Hotel Palmanova Garden

We couldn’t sleep even one night because we could hear the people next door so clearly through the paper-thin walls. The towels were stained, and after we told reception, they said they’d bring another. Those were dirty too. We had to ask for fresh towels three times in one day, and every set had unknown stains. Even the pillows had marks on them. Staff barely acknowledged how frustrated we were, just saying “ok sorry” and leaving more supposedly new but still dirty towels. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re fine with hearing other guests in their rooms and using dirty towels and pillows.

The location in Palmanova was perfect, close to everything we needed, and parking right beside the hotel was always available for us. For the service and amenities, the price felt very reasonable compared with other local options. We arrived in early June 2025 and were welcomed kindly by reception, who accommodated our room choice on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view. Everything in the room was clean and functional, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we had steady hot water. Housekeeping came daily, which we appreciated. Breakfast was a highlight, with a varied, delicious buffet each morning, and the restaurant staff were consistently respectful and attentive. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

For a hotel at this level, it’s a very decent choice. I stayed 13 nights without a single complaint and didn’t regret booking it. The single-occupancy room wasn’t the best option, with its small tinted window, but I’m especially grateful to the staff for agreeing to move me to a standard room.

The walk to the beach is short, but there’s a big hill or a set of steps, so a taxi may suit you better. It costs less than €5 from the hotel, and reception will gladly book one. The rooms were clean and nice, with ice-cold air conditioning, and breakfast was good. Food at the pool bar was great, and the staff were efficient and lovely. Great value for the price. I’d definitely come back.
