We had to cancel because of a last-minute change to our holiday, and we cancelled as soon as our travel plans changed. The room had only been booked for about three hours, and the hotel had three days' notice to rebook it, but they kept all the money and wouldn't reconsider. I understand there are cancellation policies, but that felt pretty poor. The other hotel we had booked in Gijon refunded us straight away despite having the same policy.

There isn't any parking, so you'll need to find a spot on the street. Still, it's a very nice hotel, with well-furnished rooms and what looks like a new bathroom. It's very clean and right in central Cangas de Onis, next to Puente Romano. Don't let the parking put you off.

The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was really nice. It's a good, clean hotel with comfortable rooms, right by the "famous" bridge.

Getting checked in and out was easy, with no issues. The hotel is clean and well placed for exploring town on foot. You can leave the car on one of the streets a short walk away.
