Everything is close by, and the location made it easy to enjoy the town and unwind. The place blends medieval character with a modern style. Just perfect.

We really enjoyed our two nights here, and Viaro was a great host. The studio was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with amazing views and plenty of privacy since no buildings looked in. It’s tucked into the hillside, reached by a small road and footpaths, and within walking distance of Cuenca’s historic center. We also chose it for the thoughtful renovation of the old building, which keeps many of its original features.

We stayed at the end of December. The old building is lovely, the location is good, and having convenient parking nearby is a real plus. Inside, though, the apartment amenities were poor. The bathroom and bedrooms had very little light, the shower looked like it hadn’t been maintained for a long time, and water drained badly from both the sink and shower. There was no bottled water or kettle, so things felt very basic. In our opinion, the service didn’t justify the price.

The location is great and the view is excellent, but the apartment itself disappointed me. No one explained how to get there from the parking lot, so we dragged our suitcases around for ages. It turned out to be very close if you came in from the lower floor, which would have been easy to explain beforehand. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and the bathroom was poor: the shower was bad and didn’t drain properly. They could have left a bottle of water, but there wasn’t one.
