The hotel and room were okay, but we could hear cars and other outside noise. We were on the ground floor, so maybe the higher floors are quieter.

The owner was warm and attentive, and the room was a pleasure to stay in. It had a spacious, very clean bathroom and a comfortable mattress, though the pillow felt a bit firm to me. My husband and I had no trouble parking during our visit to Cuenca: first we used the small free public lot across the street, then later parked right outside the hostel. We’d gladly stay here again if we return.

It felt a bit overpriced, and the little table in the room was really wobbly. There was no refrigerator either.

The room was clean and decent, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows felt cheap. Shampoo, towels, and shower gel could all be better. Service was adequate, and the place is a little far from the city center.

We got useful city advice from the owner as soon as we arrived, and the service was excellent. The hostel was very clean, with a spacious double room, a really comfortable bed, and a great bathroom with a good shower. Parking nearby was easy, and the bus stop right in front makes the historic center about a 10-minute ride away. I’d definitely stay here again.
