The hotel is central, nicely appointed and has good reception staff. The walls are the problem: you can hear conversations and noise from the next room without trying. An early night just wasn't possible.

The location is good and the place is clean, but the service was awful. They knew the heating in my room wasn't working, yet waited for me to complain before doing anything. They brought a very noisy heater and said they'd deal with it the next day, but nothing happened. At 8:30 PM, the receptionist suggested I add a blanket if I was cold, "since we are not in Russia," or take my money back. The single room is small and needs refurbishing.

It was a small place, but clean and comfortable, and the manager was very nice and helpful. More like a pension than a full hotel, which suited us just fine. The location was good, too.

The staff know all the great places to eat nearby. This clean, convenient family-run hotel is just around the corner from the bus station. Love this place, and check out the attached pictures.
