We spent two nights in Granada and had booked a twin room for two, but because of that day’s availability they upgraded us to a triple room. We arrived around 12:30 to leave our luggage and were allowed to check in early. The reception and housekeeping staff were kind and always greeted us with a smile. The room and facilities were clean and easy to use, and having a bathtub made showering easy. The air conditioner was a little loud in the middle of the night. Even so, I felt we got more than we paid for. Thank you!

This felt like a very dated hotel, nowhere near what I’d expect of three stars, maybe two at most. The room was tiny, with old bedding that didn’t look like the photos, worn furniture, old towels, no amenities and a basic bathroom. The central heating was very noisy. We stayed for two nights as a family, and I couldn’t bring myself to shower there. Such a bad experience.

The hotel looks recently renovated and is just a minute from Einstein square. There’s plenty of parking, but it’s paid, and I’d recommend the teleparking app to make it easier. The reception staff were genuinely kind and helpful.

Breakfast was good, but the room was in awful shape when we arrived. There was a feces stain in the toilet, stains on the bedsheets, and the room wasn’t clean. There was no phone, so we had to go downstairs to speak to the receptionist. At first he told us to wait until 18h, but we refused, and he eventually went up to clean it. Avoid this hotel completely!

We had a very good experience. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were lovely and gave us great customer service, always looking after us. Thank you so much, they clearly love what they do. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
