The breakfast was a letdown, with cold eggs and very few choices, and the place needs an urgent renovation. I found the bathroom drain fully clogged, nails and hair on the beds, poor lighting in the rooms, and a loose bathroom outlet that felt unsafe. It was noisy too. The lack of basic hygiene, upkeep, and quality was unacceptable. This definitely doesn’t feel like the four-star hotel it claims to be, and the stay was far worse than anything I’d seen online or expected.

The room was clean, but small, cold at night, and had no kettle or towel rail. Breakfast was good, and there’s a bar with a TV for watching the match in the evening, though it only showed one of three.

The room was very quiet and had its own patio instead of a view, which I appreciated. It was close to all the businesses, with the metro right in front of the hotel. I asked for a disability-friendly room, and the bathroom was adapted as well as possible for my needs. So far the staff have been very polite and helpful, and the food was delicious, beyond what I expected. Absolutely worth the price.

The hot shower was good, and at around 45 euro a night it was cheap, but after three nights I’d still suggest looking elsewhere. It’s at least a 15 minute walk from Centro, and the thin walls let us hear the neighbours. The mattress was too firm and the blankets very thin. There was a blood stain on the blanket, and it was never replaced. Wi-Fi was very slow, under 2 MB/s. At night, the electrical panel by the door made a loud buzzing sound, the vents were dusty when the heating came on, and the toilet flush caused knocking in the pipes. Definitely didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel.
