Hostal Verona

The service was excellent, so I’d still come back. The rooms were lovely and everything was very clean, plus the shower was amazing once we had water. We went 2/3 nights without hot water, though, which is why I wouldn’t give it 5 stars.

We were happy with our choice and would stay here again if we return to Granada. It was excellent value for money. The hotel made it easy to walk to the town centre, eateries, and sights. Our room faced an inner courtyard, so there was no traffic noise despite the central location. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean, with an excellent ensuite, a power shower, and very efficient air conditioning. Staff were friendly and helpful before and during our stay. We chose not to have breakfast because we like eating out, but there was free tea, coffee, and biscuits in the foyer at all times.

It’s a basic hotel, but it does the basics really well. The customer service was excellent, and whenever we needed the staff, they were happy to help.

We’ll come back to this hostal when we return. There’s parking right underneath, and it’s close to restaurants, shops, and the bus for visiting Alhambra and other places. The hostal is in the heart of the town center. The ladies were very kind and did their best for us, and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean.
