The hotel has a cute vintage look, and its location is lively, right by a spirited street in the city center. That means the nightlife can be a bit much if you’re a light sleeper. Restaurants are close by, and the main historic sights are within walking distance. Our experience was nice, and the staff were friendly. The bedding is a flat sheet and linen blanket rather than a duvet, with an extra blanket in the wardrobe. There are handy smart features too, like unlocking the doors with your phone instead of carrying keys.

The owners and staff were all pleasant, and breakfast had a lot of options and tasted good. It’s a great hotel in an unbeatable spot. I’ll stay here next time I’m in Granada.

The main drawbacks were a couple of small cockroaches we noticed in the room and bathroom, the lack of a quilt, and some nighttime street noise depending on the day and season. Instead, the beds have an extra flat sheet and a separate furry blanket in the cupboard. A quilt would be nice, even a low-tog one. Staff were friendly and helpful at this good-standard hotel. The front desk helped us sort out our Granada card, and there’s a free coffee machine available for some hours during the day. It’s convenient for halal food and convenience stores. Most tourist spots in the Albaicin area, the Alhambra, and Granada generally are reachable on foot or by public transport.

A good central base for seeing Granada. The Alhambra is about a 30-minute walk, and Mirador de Sao Nicolas, with the best view of the city, is around 25 minutes away. Right in the heart of Granada and a great place to stay.

We had a clean, cozy room with a lovely view of the square. The staff were friendly and gave us useful tips for exploring. The location is right in Granada’s heart, just steps from the Alhambra, the old town, restaurants, and coffee shops. A comfortable and convenient stay.
