We ate at the restaurant and liked the range of options, from grilled meat to pizza. The bar was handy for breakfast in the morning. For our weekend stay, the room was clean and warm, and having the option of a single room was good for the budget.

The landscape is lovely and the price is low. Our caravan spot was covered and perfectly level, so there was no need to adjust the vehicle. There are only 7 caravan places. Showers and toilets were clean and fine, though the restaurant menu looked limited. The pool is open 11-21 and the water is 150cm deep, too much for ordinary 6 and 7 year old girls who aren't strong swimmers. The children's pool was only knee-deep and boring for girls that age. Checkout is at 12:00.

Handy for a short stop on a bike trip south. There’s no supermarket or anywhere to buy food, just a bar/restaurant for dinner. Although it’s open until the end of October, there was nobody at reception, and the swimming pool was closed.
