Apartahotel & Spa Jacetania

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and used the pull-out couch as a bed too. It was surprisingly comfortable. There are lots of families with small children here, and the spa offers a fantastic range of ways to relax. The spa was clean, but it didn’t seem well monitored. The jacuzzi and steam room both felt too cool. There could be some regulations I don’t know about, but that’s why I gave four stars.

The spa was so much fun and left me feeling revitalized. We liked the stay so much that we booked again for the way back from San Sebastian. We arranged it directly online with the hotel, and the deal was 105 euros for the room, breakfast, dinner, and spa. It was incredibly affordable. The bed was very comfortable, the food was good, and the service was friendly and efficient. I could live here, honestly, and I’ll come back whenever I can.

Great area and a very nice room. You can choose the pool or the brilliant spa after a day out. The pool is included in the rate, but the spa costs extra.

We were traveling and only stayed one night, but I didn’t want to leave. The town was very tidy and pleasant, and the mountains were incredible. Our room was clean and spacious, with a living room, two bedrooms, and a good smart TV with an internet connection. The internet was slow, though. The staff were friendly, and there’s affordable underground parking as well as street parking nearby. Breakfast was good, with the usual hotel choices: eggs, bacon, juice, tea, coffee, fruit, toast, cereal, jam, and cheese. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The wine was delicious, as were the orange and cod salad and the ribs. The beef cachopo stuffed with chicken and cheese was hard to chew and very fatty, and the fries were raw. The desserts didn’t impress us. The restaurant staff don’t speak English.
