The rooms feel old, and we had no water for a while. The Wi-Fi was poor too. The staff were rude and didn't help with anything. There are so many pointless rules, you can't even take your coffee outside to smoke, and the workers handle them badly.

The hotel is a little way from the city center, so we took a taxi or Uber. The rooms were nice, breakfast was good, and staying here was a pleasant experience 👍🏻

There was no hot water in our room, and they told us they couldn't do anything about it. The crew were rude and the service was really bad. I wouldn't recommend it.

The hot water wasn't working, and the hotel was dirty and terrible. The workers were rude, messy, and unprofessional, with no basic courtesy. Simona especially 😢
