We had the two-bedroom apartment, which I think is the best one. It’s spacious, new, and has unbeatable views. Open the glass doors on the two terraces and the living room and bedroom become open spaces facing the sea. It’s right at the port, with the beach just a five-minute walk away. They’ve thought of all the details for a comfortable stay, including a card that lets residents park in the restricted area. We got all the access information in detail before arrival, so getting in was easy.

We visited over the weekend of May 10th, 11th, and 12th, and the apartments are in a fantastic spot right by the port. Residents can park for free in the area. Luarca has so much to see, from the port and town to the surrounding area. We especially liked "La Farola" and the "La Solarina" bakery, both right in the center. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back! 👍 😉

We had a fantastic time in Apartment 2 and really recommend it. It’s a beautiful, spacious loft, well suited to two, three, or four people. Everything was spotless and well kept, and it looks like it’s been renovated recently. The terrace was lovely, with beautiful views of the port, and the apartment had everything we needed.

The terraces and the views are exceptional, and the place is clean, new, and well kept. The owners were very helpful explaining the tricky parking. It can be noisy at night, and it’s too small for five people, especially with just one bathroom and a living room you can’t really use. The master bedroom is lovely, but the other bedroom has no window.

We had a reservation issue because we’d made a mistake, but the owners sorted it out without any trouble. They’re friendly and helpful, and the apartments are comfortable and cozy, with magnificent views. The beds were comfortable and it was very peaceful. We’d definitely return.
