AYZ Princesa - Auto check-in property

I woke up several times to other people making sex noises in their rooms. With no soundproofing, I felt completely invaded. It was disgusting and offered no dignity or rest.

The room was tiny and really uncomfortable. There’s no reception, and you need a password to get through the locked door. Getting that password meant filling out a lot of forms, which was extremely annoying. We spent almost an hour struggling with it in front of the iron door, suitcases and all. You also can't get in before check-in time. If you arrive early, there's nowhere to leave your belongings. I don't recommend this place.

We could hear absolutely all the street noise because the walls were windows. The double room was barely bigger than the bed, with no room for luggage or moving around. It looked like the place used to be a shop. There was no heating, and we didn't turn on the heater because it seemed dangerous. I can't believe local authorities allow such an unsafe room to be listed as a hotel. It should be removed. Worst place I've ever stayed.

The worst place to stay in Madrid. There was a lamp right outside my window and no curtains, cleaning staff kept slamming doors, and the bathrooms were dirty. I got only cold water for one day, the host didn't respond, and the WiFi kept cutting out.
