Our room was clean and the location was excellent, though it was much too small for a family of four. The bathroom was tiny, barely enough room to stand. They kindly looked after our luggage while we went to seville and returned.

We spent five nights here, and the room was spotless. It had a TV, air conditioning, and a mini cooler; the bathroom came with a shower, hairdryer, clean towels, and toilet paper. The walls are thin, though. The location is fantastic, close to Gran Via in central Madrid, so we could walk to all the sights. A very nice woman welcomed us and explained what we needed to know. The hostel staff were always ready to help, although their English wasn't very good. Thanks for making our trip more enjoyable. 😉👍

I've been here twice in recent months, mainly because the location works perfectly for me. The staff are warm and friendly, and while the rooms are on the small side, they're clean and practical. Sound insulation is very poor, so bring earplugs or earphones.

The room was basic and the bathroom was tiny, though it's close to museums. The street is incredibly noisy, with partying going on all night. They even handed out earplugs when we arrived. Don't bother.
