The apartment was far too hot, with just one AC vent for the whole place and no cooling in either of the two bedrooms. We turned the air down, but it was still around 77 degrees Fahrenheit when we came back. My friends and I spent the night sweating and uncomfortable. The whole stay was the worst experience I've had. We'd already waited 30 minutes to check in after a long flight. When we called the emergency number about the heat, they said someone would fix it in the morning, but nobody came. After we called and texted again, they finally acknowledged the problem and told us to open the windows. No one had told us that cooling depended on the weather outside and the time of year. I was very unhappy with both the stay and the service. People should know what they're dealing with here.

The apartment was clean, nice, and looked like the booking photos. It’s in a great spot near buses, the metro, and shops, and the staff were helpful and quick to reply on WhatsApp 👍🏻💗 My one wish is that they'd fix the air conditioning. It doesn't get cold enough, and with the summer heat, some nights we slept without blankets.

The place itself was okay, but getting more toilet paper turned into a whole issue. There were four of us for four nights and we got about two rolls. When I asked reception for more, they said I’d have to buy it myself. They eventually gave us some free this time, but making a fuss over something so basic felt stingy and annoying.

The apartment felt like home, and the representatives were great to deal with. Communication was right on point, and the building was clean. It had all the amenities we needed, plus parking, though that costs extra. Gracias mucho...
