It could be a nice place, but the staff are extremely unfriendly and rude, some of the worst I've come across. They don't speak English, and the place feels very unsafe. There is no luggage room, and they hand your bags to anybody. My suitcase was stolen.

A really nice place for a few days, in a great location just a two-minute walk from the centre.

My single room had everything I needed, including a shower, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, TV, desk, wardrobe, and a single bed. It was clean and good value, and I had no problems during my stay. The hostel is family-run and right in central Madrid, so some noise is to be expected. I’d happily stay here again if I come back.

We couldn’t sleep or relax because of the smell and the heat during Madrid’s heatwave. We spent as much time outside the hostel as we could. The rooms had no air conditioning, only the hallways did, and a woman watched everyone coming and going. The place smelled awful, and the service felt unfriendly from the start. It wasn’t worth the price or a pleasant stay. I wouldn’t recommend it or return, and honestly wouldn’t give it even one star. Goodbye forever.
