No fridge in the room, but the reception staff will keep things in theirs. Breakfast is served at a nearby cafe. It was basic but lovely, and the price was good. It's a lovely little hotel, well located for the Metro. The rooms are small but immaculate, and the staff are amazing and so friendly. I'd definitely stay again.

The rooftop terrace and plunge pool were the highlight, so refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is modern and very clean, with everything you need and friendly staff. It's close to a Metro station. Getting into the center takes a while, but the route is very easy to navigate.

The reception staff really stood out. Everyone we spoke to was warm, welcoming, ready to help, and always had a genuine smile. Their kindness and professionalism added a lot to our stay, and we appreciated it very much. We'd gladly return. At Best Price Alcalá in Madrid, our parking spot was already reserved when we arrived, and the staff made sure everything was taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of natural light, which matters a lot to us. We had an excellent stay.

The room wasn't big, but it was clean and everything was new and fresh. It's one minute from the metro station, and there's a nice spot to relax on the roof by the swimming pool. The place was quiet, and the reception staff were extremely nice, kind, and always ready to help.

We were only in Madrid for a few days for a concert, but this hotel made the stay feel special. The room was spotless, the location was great, and everyone on staff was amazing. Someone had even left us a handmade concert ticket as a keepsake and two lollipops after realizing why we were in town. Little touches like that mean a lot. Thanks to everyone, we can’t wait to come back!
