It's clean, safe, and comfortable without costing too much. The location is awesome, and the rooftop is beautiful and laid-back. One thing to know: the smoke alarms have a blinking light because it's required by law, so the battery isn't low or dead. You might want something to cover your eyes, but otherwise it's perfect.

We felt very welcome thanks to the reception team, who were always smiling, helpful, and hospitable. Having free coffee, tea, filtered water, fruit, and snacks at any time of day or night was wonderful. The hotel is on a lively street, with everything right outside, and we could get everywhere on foot. Most of all, we'd like to thank Jaime at reception. My husband left his wedding ring at the hotel, and Jaime found it and did everything he could to make sure it got back to us. We really appreciate his kindness, understanding, and help.

The location and room size were great, and having a kitchenette and washing machine was useful. But both our room on the second floor and a friend's room on the same trip had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. We moved to a higher floor on the second night, and that room was fine. We've stayed at other B&B hotels that had been newly remodeled; this one needs major maintenance and repairs. The laminate was peeling off the bathroom cabinets in both rooms, and the TV in one wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi.

Andrea and Victoria gave us a very friendly welcome, and their excellent service throughout the stay made us want to return. I first stayed here with our son in March, then came back this week with my wife and had no hesitation booking again. The facilities are good, with plenty of free snacks and drinks in comfortable surroundings. It's perfectly placed for the airport and within easy reach of the city centre, sights, and everything Madrid has to offer. A three-star rated hotel with five-star service, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
