Liz was the receptionist I connected with most. She plays the same game I do, and whenever we had a problem she’d come over quickly and speak to us kindly and professionally. She was attentive, cheerful, and, I think, the best English speaker on the reception team since she’s Hawaiian. I’ve just found out she was fired. Most of the other receptionists are unprofessional and get angry when we raise problems. What kind of company lets go of such a valuable employee? Shame on whoever fired her.

The staff were excellent, and since the building is fairly new, everything was in good condition. The tricky part was finding the place because there are no signs on the building.

I visited Madrid with my school and stayed here. The bedroom looked modern and nice, and there were shared spots around the residence where people could relax and chat. The food was decent, though there’s no room service.

The rooms were roomy, with an ideal bathroom, and there are places right on the street for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s a great place to sleep, everything felt clean and new. The only drawback was that the room took too long to get to a comfortable temperature.
