Everything worked as it should, and the rooms were very nice, clean, and well soundproofed. The staff were super friendly and attentive, doing all they could to handle our requests. It’s clean, reasonably priced, and exceptionally well located near the metro, restaurants, and plenty of places to reach on foot.

A lovely stay. The hotel and room were very clean, and every staff member was kind and helpful. It’s quiet here despite being right among the attractions. I’ll definitely come back.

Great location and staff. The room was quiet and spacious, with a big bathroom, and the price was good. The staff were just perfect. This is the place to stay in madrid.

We came back each day to a spotless room, cleaned and replenished daily, which was such a treat after exploring the city. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms a great size, and the showers easy to use. Breakfast was a generous continental spread, with two friendly, attentive ladies keeping everything topped up so there was always plenty to eat and drink. At reception, Neiea greeted us warmly when we arrived. She spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome straight away. Every morning she was helpful and greeted us with a smile, a lovely start to the day. Hotel Soho Boutique Opera was a fantastic find in a perfect location. Highly recommended!

The rooms are large and cleaned every day, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Soho Opera hotel is right in the city center, close to all the major department stores, shops, and restaurants, but tucked away on a quiet street. We had a great stay!
