Plaza de Chueca City Center

You’re close to just about everything. Great location.

This small, nicely decorated guesthouse has eight rooms and sits in the center of Chueca. The staff are friendly and speak fluent English and French. Each room has a TV, internet access, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Prices range from 40-70 €.

The woman who looked after me was lovely, and the clean rooms have air conditioning. It’s right in the city center, too. The floorboards creak, though, so you can hear everything. Still highly recommended, and I plan to come back.

I keep coming back whenever I’m in Madrid, even though it costs a little more than other guesthouses in its category. I’ve rarely slept as well as I do in these beds. It’s quiet, although you can hear everything when a guest arrives. Beni and her staff provide excellent service. The little breakfast tray and complimentary tea and coffee are thoughtful touches, and the place is centrally located with good facilities.
