Weeks after checking out, my deposit still hadn't been returned. I followed up several times by email and phone, and each time they said it was “in process” or should be refunded soon. Days became weeks, and there was no urgency, apology, or real explanation. At check-in, I was asked to leave a deposit for incidentals, which I understood was standard. I left it at the front desk and expected it back after checking out, as promised. Before I left, I confirmed with staff that everything was in order and was assured the refund would be processed within a few days. I recently stayed here, and the experience was deeply disappointing because the money still hasn't come back.

The location suited me for visiting a nearby company for work, but it felt quite far from the city center for tourism. My room didn't seem to have Wi-Fi, and the 5G signal was only good by the window. The check-in process was very long and complicated, and relying on WhatsApp caused a lot of confusion if you didn't have the app. The apartments themselves are quite big, with a kitchen and living room, though everything, including the bathroom, is very simple and Spartan.

The apartment was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. It was in a quiet area, with two small supermarkets, a chemist, and other shops and bars within a five-minute walk. A metro station was close too. It took less than 15 minutes to get to the airport, and about 10-15 minutes to the city business district and hospitals. The service was very helpful, and this was the best place we stayed in Madrid. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

We loved staying here. The apartment was bright, clean, cozy, stylish, and well equipped, and the location was convenient. The staff were very friendly too!

The host's communication was poor: they gave us the wrong address, provided no instructions, and didn't answer our calls. The place was dirty, overpriced, and in a bad location. Don't book here.
