LU&CIA Apartamento El Carmen

I left angry and disappointed after just one night at El Carmen. The roof terrace, reached through the central hall, looked nothing like the photos and was bare apart from the furniture. My room faced a wall, which made me feel confined. The furniture was old, worn, and badly damaged, and the place was very dirty. The mirror, extractor hood, sink, switches, sockets, sofa cushions, walls, and sealant edges all needed proper cleaning. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned properly for months. There was no coffee table or dishwasher either. When I complained, they offered either another clean by the same person who had already been there, or the option to leave without paying for the second half. They wouldn't return the deposit or offer another place. I've never had service like that before.
