I was sceptical at first, but the hotel and staff turned out to be better than I expected. Our family room was fully equipped, clean, and everything worked perfectly. The cleaning lady came every day. We were travelling with our 1yo and grandma 😎 The food was fresh and there was a huge variety. The restaurant could be crowded, but it wasn't a big deal, and there were quieter places to sit, which helped when the child was sleeping. I'd definitely recommend the grilled meat and salads 🙏🏻 There wasn't much variety for a 1yo, but the staff helped us with baby puree. You can ask for food without salt too, and everyone was ready to help. The beach and way into the sea seemed designed with kids in mind. I think it's one of the most beautiful beaches on Mallorca, with clear water. A big shoutout to the receptionist Yane (Yana). She was amazing, genuine, always ready to help with questions, and had a great sense of humor. Love it. The reception team is the face of a hotel, and Yana represents it perfectly. ❤️ I'd 100% recommend staying here.

We first stayed here last year and liked it so much we came back this year. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurants are excellent, and the staff are very friendly. A big thank you to the Kids Club team for taking such good care of our child, and to Hector, the restaurant manager, who helped us have a wonderful dinner. His kindness and hospitality made the stay extra special. We'll definitely be back! 😊

It meant a lot to be welcomed so warmly by Yane at Star Prestige reception, and we really appreciated Isabel keeping us looked after and hydrated. Vanessa and Maria Jose also made dining feel special every time. We returned to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary on 28th May, and felt lucky to be back in such a lovely hotel and setting. All inclusive gave us plenty of food and drink choices. Thanks to Mauro for letting my husband play some music, it means a lot to him. We wish Tony a very happy retirement after 21 years at the Iberostar. He’s a true gentleman, and that’s real service. The people here are a big reason we return. Hopefully we’ll be back next year. Our kids can find their own little paradise here, which makes coming back a relief. This was our second visit in 10 years and the place is still going strong. We chose all inclusive and paid extra for a sea view, both well worth it. Special thanks to Hector, Jaira and Nerea for their dedication and those great Cuba Libres. Viva!
