Villa Jara

The villa has lovely unobstructed views, and we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets each day. The neighbours were quiet during our week in early May, and the staff were lovely whenever we contacted them. Now that we know the area, we’d love to stay again. Finding Villa Jara took some effort. The directions from Jet2 and the booking information were out of date, and the motorway sign numbers didn’t match either. We had saved the location on our map and turned on data, which got us to the steep hill off the roundabout and then along the road to the villas. Villa Jara is near the end, second from the last. The keys were in an easy to use safe. The driveway is awkward to enter, though we got used to it after a few days. The kettle wasn’t working when we arrived on Saturday, so we had to wait until Monday. Even though it was a bank holiday, they were able to bring a replacement. The three rooms were clean and spacious, and each has its own bathroom, two en suite and one next door. There’s also a laundry room, plus a clothes rail and an outside line. The villa had fewer supplies than I expected, so plan to buy things like cooking oil, paper towels, sugar and salt. It’s just the villa, though Lidl and Carrefour’s are close by.
