Time seems to have stood still at this rural tourism spot, thanks in large part to Luis, the manager. Along with staying there, you can lend a hand with farm jobs, tend the vegetable garden, care for the cow's animals, and take part in making milk and cheese.

We got to see the farm, learn how cheese is made, and visit a typical Galician farmhouse from the last century. It was a great learning experience. Luis was knowledgeable and empathetic with the children, and we’re grateful to him. We’ll try the products we bought! Thanks for everything, Luis. We’ll come back and stay in the houses.

We came to find out how the farm works and how cheese is made. When we arrived, we met Luis. As well as making spectacular cheese, he’s a bright person with a different outlook on life. He’s someone you want to talk with and just go along with....
