Ciutat Jardi Hotel

The shared spaces are inviting, with elegant furniture, gentle lighting and comfortable places to relax or socialize. Breakfast had a wide range of fresh, quality options and a relaxed gourmet feel. At Hotel Ciutat Jardi, the staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Our room was spotless, cozy and beautifully decorated, a peaceful place to come back to after a long day of travel. We appreciated the plush towels, premium toiletries and calm atmosphere. The cleanliness, thoughtful design and caring service made this feel like a true five-star stay. We can’t wait to return.

Ciutat Jordi Hotel is a century old and sits in a peaceful area right beside the beach. I really enjoyed my stay, especially the nice balcony, nearby good restaurants and cafes, and the value for the price. Just be aware there’s no complimentary water, and it takes about a 50-minute walk to reach the city. They still use metal keys for the doors too, which has a bit of old-school charm.

Even in June it felt calm and cozy here, without much of a crowd. The beach is right outside, and I loved being able to use the pool too. The staff were great, spoke German and English fluently, and really made it clear they valued their guests. It’s only about ten minutes from the airport, so I’d happily come back.

The garden and pool were lovely places to unwind or eat outside, and the hotel works well for both adults and children. You’re right by the beach, with a Lidl and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly, the room’s air conditioning worked well, and the airport is only a ten-minute taxi ride away. A few things could be better. The room safe was advertised as included but came with a daily charge. Breakfast didn’t have much choice, so a nearby cafe might suit you better. The iron, board, and kettle advertised in the room had to be requested, and the kettle needed a thorough descaling. There was some wear in the room too: the bathroom tap was very loose and a wooden door handle came off. The restaurant is fairly expensive, though there are plenty of other good places nearby.
