Olaf deserves a special mention. He was warm, thoughtful, and professional, and made everything feel easy without ever intruding. The spa was also tranquil, well run, and up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. This is the sort of place for someone who wants things done properly rather than a show. The property is elegant and understated, but the service is what sets it apart. I’ve stayed at leading hotels and boutique properties around the world, and rarely found staff so intuitive, discreet, and invested in making a visit effortless. They handled even unusual requests smoothly. Once, while I was away, I asked them to receive and unbox an Uber Eats order. They showed up with a full trolley and fine porcelain, not just cutlery. For a calm, refined, highly personal stay in downtown Palma, this is the hotel.
