Hotel Can Cera – Adults only

My birthday evening had a lovely surprise waiting in the room: a card, a mini cake and a candle. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the day feel especially memorable. We spent a week at Hotel Boutique Can Cera, and the team made the experience. At reception, Adriana, Jose, Marta and Juan were welcoming from the start, consistently kind, attentive and helpful while remaining professional and respectful. Claudia and Noemí at the bar and restaurant brought the same warmth, positive energy and care for the details. They were always smiling, and a pleasure to see. I hope management sees this and recognizes the whole team. They deserve an award for the care they give guests. Thank you for making Can Cera such a special place. We’ll be back.

The hotel has an elegant feel, and the design is beautiful and well kept. Each room has its own look and charm, and the wonderful fragrance throughout the property adds to the experience. The receptionist I spoke with, whose name I sadly forgot, was so kind, attentive and helpful. We had a fantastic stay, and everything went beyond what we expected.

Right in the heart of Palma, the location was great, and the renovated old mansion is mesmerizing. The lobby, room and staff all made the stay a treat. Parking was the one thing to plan around: it was a 10-minute walk away and a bit expensive. Aside from that, it was perfect for us.

Such a lovely stay in Palma’s old town. Benjamin and the rest of the team took great care of us from the moment we arrived and made it feel special. An amazing hotel, highly recommended.
