Hotel Pabisa Bali Park

It was clearly off-season and there weren't many guests around, but that didn't make things less comfortable, maybe even better. The room had a lovely ocean view and was well equipped. Dinner had lots of choice and was amazing, and the gym and spa were good too. Dora served us at breakfast and dinner every morning and evening, always with a smile. She was kind and attentive, and made the stay better. The rest of the team were nice as well. At the rooftop bar and pool area, Vanessa made sure we had drinks, and even brought extra cookies and a drink when we asked. She was super friendly. I came to visit my brother for three nights without knowing what to expect. Thanks for having us!

We had a great conversation with Sasha on our last day. She's a very kind young woman, and we really appreciated her. The staff were all very nice, and the two spa areas were a wonderful surprise. We also got delicious drinks at the end. We were very happy with the hotel and service. Dinner was delicious and fresh, with something new each day, and breakfast had a big selection. I only missed the frankfurters. Our room was better than we expected, a lovely surprise, and it was cleaned and tidied every day. Sometimes there was a little extra surprise, like prosecco or chocolates. We rate the whole stay 12/10 and will definitely come back sometime.

Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of choices and a great setup. Check-in went smoothly, with the room number given on arrival at the dining room, and there was always plenty of seating. We chose not to have daily room cleaning, but Kachi checked in attentively each day to make sure we had what we needed. Her warm, pleasant service made a difference. Aubamar Bali Resort was a wonderful stay, and we're looking forward to returning. The rooftop lounge was a favorite for drinks, a light meal, and beautiful sunsets. The location made it easy to reach the beach and lively restaurants, just a block and a half away. Nearby singing and chanting didn't bother us, and added to the local energy. The hotel was clean, smelled lovely, and had beautiful modern tropical decor with greenery inside and out. Our room, 908, was on the small side, but the pool and ocean views more than made up for it. Robes and slippers were a nice touch. The refrigerator never worked, even after a replacement and setting it to the highest level. We didn't deduct points, since the bar could provide ice and we still had an amazing time.

The location's surroundings were a surprise. The front of the hotel is peaceful, but a side street felt like a German Magaluf, with drunk people singing German songs during what seemed like endless stag and hen parties. It was easy to avoid, but I wish the neighborhood felt more Spanish. We went to nearby Llucamajor for quieter, more refined dinners and walks. The food didn't really suit me, though that's my preference. I prefer choosing from a menu to taking my chances with a buffet, but there are plenty of options and most people will be happy. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, with well-appointed rooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the pools. There was always a lounger free, and the DJ played relaxed, unobtrusive music. The main reason to stay is the staff, who were kind, enthusiastic, polite, and helpful. A beautiful hotel, and it's clear the management and team take pride in their work.
