We had a pleasant stay as a family, and the staff were very welcoming and genuinely good with kids. The hotel has a somewhat older feel, though renovations are underway. It's about a 30-minute walk to the city center. There's no play area for kids or toddlers.

As a local Boat Charter business, we've had many guests in common, and the receptionists have always been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They often arrange taxis and contact us directly for our guests, which makes things smooth and easy. We really appreciate the team!

The great atmosphere started as soon as we arrived. My wife and I have just come back from our stay and had an amazing time. The food and staff were great, and the service and guest experience were top notch. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Palma.

Half the room facilities were broken or unclean, and the 5* rating feels delusional. This is 2* at best. During my nearly two-week stay as a paying guest, I ordered takeaway one evening and realized there was no cutlery. When I asked staff for some, they said I wasn't entitled to it because I hadn't ordered room service. That's an appalling excuse and way to treat a guest. Needless to say, I won't stay here again, and I'd steer clear.

The service was exceptional, and our room had an incredible view. We loved the hotel's beautiful decor and its perfect location. We stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing experience.
