The room was small, and the bathroom felt quite old. Breakfast was okay. The housekeepers were lovely, kind, and professional, though. A very nice, hardworking black guy was there too. We were running late for the airport bus, but the night shift guy with glasses was slow checking us out and didn't help. The blond manager was pretty rude as well.

We've never stayed in a worse hotel. During the air traffic control chaos at Gatwick, we were looking for somewhere to stay at 5 in the morning. We knew it was a two-star place but didn't expect it to be so dirty. We couldn't bring ourselves to use the bath or towels, and skipped breakfast. We checked out and took a taxi to a fabulous hotel in Puerto Pollenca.

I only stayed one night and couldn't wait to leave. The room was dirty and very dated, the phone wasn't plugged in, and it took over five minutes to walk there from reception. I also had to collect the AC controller at the front desk and leave a €10 deposit.

The entrance at Son Rigo plaza is fantastic, but the Houm nets building is very old. Our room was noisy, with German guests shouting and dancing at night. The staff were really good and helpful, and the buffet and breakfast were good, with German food.
