I loved the evenings in the lounge, especially when Tanya had coffee ready, and Yulia kept me company and entertained. That meant a lot while travelling on my own. The food was creative and had a great selection, thanks to Andre’s good taste. Lunch with Luis and Mar ran smoothly, and Nicole, who complimented my outfits, and cheerful Miguel made dinner feel welcoming too. I arrived early and Bartek greeted me with a smile and refreshments while I waited. Jhol at reception was so helpful, making sure everything I needed reached my room, including during my unexpected iron emergency. Andrea also had great suggestions for exploring Palma. The reception team were fantastic, and I felt cared for from the moment I arrived at Iberostar Selection Liaut Palma. A wonderful stay, and I hope to be back in summer.

The spa facilities and outdoor pool were real highlights, and the rooms were spotless with lovely balconies. My partner and I spent a week at Iberostar Llaut Palma and were impressed by how consistently good everything was. Victoria looked after us wonderfully, and event planner Yulia was excellent. We also had a spectacular meal at Katagi Blau, where Paola gave us lovely service. It was a special week, and we’d happily recommend the hotel and return.

The lobby bar team were so much fun, especially Rita Catalina and her friends. We’ll be sorry to head home on Wednesday because we feel so relaxed here. It’s a lovely hotel near the airport. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, but that was no trouble: we were welcomed with a glass of something sparkling and some fruit.

Victoria was lovely all through our stay, and Paola at Katagi was fantastic. Everyone was so polite and kind, and the whole visit felt beautiful and really relaxed. I’d love to come back.

Jennifer at the bar, Yulia from entertainment, and Miguel in the restaurant all gave amazing service. Miguel was always ready to help and had a cheerful attitude. Such a lovely hotel, with excellent five-star service. I’m very pleased and will come back!
