INNSiDE by Meliá Palma Bosque

We stayed at Innside palma Bosque with our wedding guests for the week of our wedding at finca son berga in August this year. The facilities were superb and just what we needed, and the breakfast was probably the best we've ever had at a hotel. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great time and that everyone was looked after. Special mention to the barman who took care of us at the pre-wedding party the night before. He made a fantastic atmosphere in a great private area. We couldn't recommend it more, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you so much.

The restaurant really stood out during my stay. The team were welcoming, attentive, and very professional, which made each visit a pleasure. Santiago, the restaurant manager, deserves a special thank you for his leadership, professionalism, and eye for detail. He helped create both excellent service and a warm atmosphere. I had a great experience and would gladly return and recommend the hotel.

I spent seven nights here with my dog. The road is quiet and intimate, and the hotel is super close to the castle. My room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool, and the facilities and atmosphere were really good. The free minibar with water and juices for daily use was a nice extra. Staff were courteous and friendly, and reception was open almost all day. They'd put together a thoughtful welcome pack for the dog: a ball, natural treats, bowls, and a bed. But at 40€ per night, it felt more like the hotel accepts dogs than is truly dog friendly. We ate out rather than use the hotel's restaurant, since it doesn't allow dogs. We found an Indian restaurant next door, a great find because they made the food just how we liked it, without spices.

The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Our little dog loved the treats, bed, and toy waiting in the room when we arrived. I'm a manual wheelchair user, but chose a standard room because I really wanted a view of the port. The wheelchair accessible rooms only have a pool view. The standard room worked fine for my needs, and they can bring up a shower chair too. My husband and I have just finished our stay and had a wonderful time.
