Historcal House Palma

The rooms, rooftop, breakfast, and location were all fantastic, but the staff were the highlight. Every person we met showed remarkable hospitality and attention to detail. We arrived very early, knowing we couldn’t check in yet, and only planned to leave our bags. The team welcomed us, seated us, took our luggage, brought hot coffee, completed check-in so the room could be ready, showed us around, and suggested things to do that early in the morning. Another time, we were heading to the beach without having asked for fresh towels. A staff member noticed our old ones weren’t neatly folded, took them, and promptly brought fresh beach towels, despite looking busy. There were plenty more moments like that. I’m so glad we chose Es Princep among all the great options in Palma.

The spotless rooms, enjoyable spa, and the hotel’s location and vibe were just what we wanted as a couple. Most of all, the staff were friendly and so accommodating, and made the Palma trip special. We’ll definitely return and tell people about Es Princep.

The spa and rooftop are wonderful features, and the hotel is ideally placed for both the beach and exploring the old town. The service was spot on, with the best hospitality I’ve experienced. I’d absolutely recommend it and come back.
