Sauló By Puro

The pizza at the hotel’s pizzeria was delicious and better than I expected, and breakfast was generous and tasty. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage before check-in so I could go to the beach, then store my things again after check-out without any hassle. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Marc, who was kind and professional. A fantastic stay, and I’d gladly recommend it for comfort, hospitality, and good food.

The room was okay, but small, with a poor view from both windows and hardly any space for luggage or clothes. We booked through LoveHolidays and assumed we’d have a balcony, but we didn’t. The balcony rooms were fully booked, and we would have paid more. The hotel was full, so they couldn’t move us. That’s the only reason for my four stars. Book a balcony room if you want one. The breakfast was decent, with good coffee, and they kept refilling the dishes. The restaurant view was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. It’s a busy, lively place for lunch and dinner, and the restaurant staff were lovely, smiling and friendly. I wish there were a spa on site, since we had to visit another hotel for that. What made the stay special was the staff, especially Davison, who always greeted us warmly, remembered our names, asked about our day, and checked we were okay. They helped us make bookings and reservations when we couldn’t call using our UK numbers. Another gentleman arranged lots of restaurant and beach house reservations for us. I didn’t catch his name, but he was tall, had longish dark brown hair and no glasses, handled the pressure well, and spoke very good English. The housekeeping ladies were nice too. Sauló by Puro felt like home and safe for the two of us. The area felt safe too, with lots of connections and the airport just 8-10mins away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel is right in front of the beach. I decorated the room for my sisters birthday, and they didn't mind or complain. I'll definitely return to Sauló by Puro and book directly with the hotel.

David greeted us with a warm smile and a very professional, helpful manner that made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back for those spotless, super comfortable rooms and the perfect location.

Davinson at reception took such good care of us, offering heartfelt service throughout our amazing long weekend. The food and location were pure perfection. Highly recommend.
