Hotel Oleander

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with plenty to choose from, fresh ingredients, and great taste. The location was ideal, near everything but still quiet, and my room was clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

I’ve never had such a bad experience in Mallorca. The reception and room were both a letdown. The staff were unfriendly, the room didn’t seem properly sealed, and I saw fungus behind the toilet. It was also really loud. You could hear exactly what was going on in the next room. It’s a kur hotel. You pay kur tax, but after midnight it’s Ruhe zeit. And the pool is adults only, with no mention of that anywhere on the bloody website or in any information. At reception you’re made to feel like an idiot for booking with a kid when the pool is only for adults. I care about my holiday, and the hotel ruined it by not providing that information. Please beware and don’t go there.

The hosts were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. It was also very clean, had secure parking, and the price was reasonable for what was offered. The location was peaceful but close to all the important places. We wholeheartedly recommend it to families looking for a quiet, clean, convenient place for their holiday.

I liked the hotel, the food, and the location, and felt it was good value for money. The service was good and the staff were helpful. Most guests were German, and unfortunately the employees spoke German better than English, which made it a little harder for me as a Norwegian who speaks English better. I was understood in the end, but it took more time. Of the receptionists, one spoke good English, but he only worked three days during my week there. Some people here seem to expect a bit too much. It’s a three-star hotel, and you get what you pay for. I’m fine with three stars. If you want a higher standard, book four or even five.
