Miriam was a highlight of our trip. She handled a difficult reservation and often anticipated what we needed before we asked, all with real grace and dedication. Every staff member was warm, professional, and attentive, with service that felt flawless. We spent 10 nights at Palacio Can Marques, and the palace’s character was everywhere. The suites had wonderful attention to detail and felt like a private residence, blending history with modern elegance. From the courtyard to every corner, the atmosphere was sophisticated and full of character. Right in Palma old town, we could walk to the cathedral, tucked-away boutiques, and tapas bars, then return to a peaceful sanctuary. Our suite had everything we needed and was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the food and drinks, including room service, and the breakfast was marvellous. Housekeeping was faultless: they cleaned twice a day while we were out and had left our keys at reception. The staff worked hard to make us feel welcome and looked after, and we noticed and appreciated it. We stayed off-peak in mid-November 2025, and were sad to leave after such an enjoyable visit. Palace Can Marqués is in a historic building in Palma old town, updated with modern conveniences. Being able to walk everywhere is a big factor in choosing where we stay. We’ll be back, and can’t wait.

The 24/7 reception team were kind and easy to talk to. They were always there when we needed them, with thoughtful suggestions and steady support. The rooms were the first thing that made an impression: spacious, elegant, and fitted out with lovely amenities. The whole place felt luxurious and comfortable. I also loved how Palacio Can Marqués sits right in the heart of Palma de Mallorca while still feeling peaceful. Antonia greeted me warmly and made me feel like family, and the rest of the staff were just as attentive throughout my stay. Every detail was handled so well. I had a wonderful time and would happily return on my next visit to Palma. Thank you!
