Y Hostel - Albergue Juvenil

Victor at reception gave us great tips, which really added to a lovely stay. The hostel is cozy and good value, with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were large and spacious. It was quiet enough to sleep well, with pubs, boat trips and plenty of other activities just a short walk away. Highly recommend it.

Veronica made sure I knew how to get there and walked me through my options, which helped me feel at ease. Daniel was incredible too. He helped plan my itinerary, went out of his way to meet my needs, and kept the mood great the whole time. I had a wonderful stay, and they made it unforgettable.

I really liked the common room, with its books, games and instruments, and the kitchen was stocked for cooking, with a fridge, freezer, oven and even some free food to use. I stayed three nights, and the hostel was clean and well kept throughout. The bathrooms were spacious and clean too. Beds were comfortable, the curtains blocked the light well, and each bed had a coded locker underneath. The room temperature felt just right. They provide a towel for every guest, and you can easily swap it during a longer stay. The staff were friendly and happy to help. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I hoped we could rearrange the booking or find some kind of solution, but the hostel team didn’t help at all. There’d been a mix-up with the booking, and after that the staff stopped replying to my emails. They never offered to talk it through with me. It was a terrible customer service experience.
