Caybeach Papagayos

There’s a lovely promenade along the coast to the marina, about a 25 minute walk, and the area feels safe and friendly. It’s easy to get around without walking too, with a bus stop outside the hotel. The pool is lovely, the staff are helpful, and the rooms are basic but clean and tidy. The location is as expected, with plenty of local places to eat and no brash bars. Supermarkets are five minutes away, and the great beaches, some of the best around, are a 20 minute walk.

The staff at CayBrach Papagayos are all so warm, friendly and helpful, and the room maids do a brilliant job keeping the rooms spotless. Thanks so much, Bonita, attached :-) Shops, restaurants and the main promenade are only a short walk away. I loved the big pool, with plenty of sunbeds and lots of room around the terraces, and the gardens are immaculate with giant Cactii everywhere. I had a lovely stay at The CayBeach Papagayos and will definitely return, Dios de Bendigo my Friends :-)

We loved how peaceful it was here, and there was no scramble for sun loungers. The staff were lovely and helpful, and we’d definitely stay again. The rooms were spacious and fine for self catering, though there was no oven, just two hobs and a microwave. The beds were super comfy, and the shower was probably one of the most powerful I’ve ever stood under. There’s a mini supermarket across the road and a few restaurants nearby. It’s a mile along the seafront to the marina and two miles to Playa Blance town, or you can catch the number 30 bus right outside for €1.40 per person. It goes to both places. We didn’t mind there being no bar onsite, as it made for quiet nights and good sleep.

The pool is lovely, the location is convenient, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. But there’s no bar, restaurant, shop or launderette onsite, so you have to keep leaving the hotel to get those conveniences and end up spending less time there.
