A bathtub was included in our room, which my wife really enjoyed. The room was clean and the check-in efficient, with soft towels and comfortable beds. My only request would be more pillow choices, maybe a feather one. Sorry about the messy room in the photos, and the bathroom is larger than it looks there. The hotel is in the town center on the Camino route, and it's a great place to add a rest day.

There was enough space to unpack my case, and I slept comfortably. So far on the Camino, this has been the best room and bed I've had.

We stayed here while doing the Camino Portuguese, and the staff's unfriendly manner was a real disappointment. The hotel also feels old and worn. Our room was clean enough, but the minibar was pricey and even water cost extra. I wouldn't stay again.

The location is really good, and the staff are helpful, but the rest was poor. Parking is first come, first served, so a space isn't guaranteed. The pillow was so bad you'd be better off with a toilet roll, though the mattress wasn't terrible. Noise carries badly from other rooms, as if people upstairs are right there with you. There are gaps under the doors, and the tiled floor amplifies footsteps. If loud noise wakes you easily, avoid this place.

It's an easy walk to many things to see in Pontevedra, including museums and restaurants, and the train station is about a 20-minute walk away. The hotel is good value, clean and comfortable, right by the edge of the old city. Staff were friendly. You can hear some noise from neighboring rooms through the slightly thin walls, but I'd recommend it.
